TikTok Connection

When you connect your TikTok account to VortexTrips through TikTok's official Login Kit, we receive your TikTok open_id, basic profile information, follower stats, and the videos you choose to publish through VortexTrips. These tokens are stored securely on our servers and are never shared with third parties.

We never post to your TikTok account without your explicit click. Every post is initiated from a button you press in your VortexTrips dashboard. To disconnect your TikTok account at any time, contact support@vortextrips.com.

Your use of the TikTok integration is also governed by TikTok's Privacy Policy.

SMS / Mobile Information Sharing

VortexTrips will not share, sell, rent, or transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent information to any third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. All categories of personal information disclosed in this Privacy Policy explicitly EXCLUDE text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information is used solely for the SMS communications you have opted into with VortexTrips.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing support@vortextrips.com. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on account activity and promotions.

• To contact you about your travel savings inquiry via phone and email
• To generate personalized travel savings quotes using AI
• To notify you about exclusive deals relevant to your saved destinations
• To manage your membership if you join Travel Team Perks

3. Phone Calls & Automated Messaging

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls (including AI-assisted calls) and text messages from VortexTrips regarding your travel inquiry. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us at support@vortextrips.com.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate our platform (AI call services, email delivery, SMS delivery). These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.

No mobile information or SMS opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@vortextrips.com.
